 Muirfield is a mineral owner in Arkansas Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. This
ownership covers approximately 16,000 net acres. We also manage mineral interests for various institutions, including universities, investment groups and individuals. This exposure has provided
us with a broad knowledge base of the advantages and pitfalls of mineral ownership. We also are a working interest
owner in over 600 wells, and manage and serve as advisor for working interests for others in over 1200 wells. We have exposure to many mineral and lease
offers, drilling proposals, poolings and farmout requests. We have a good base of information to ascertain the value of leasehold over large areas, and who is doing what, where.
